What age groups do you offer classes for?

We offer youth martial arts classes starting around age 5, as well as teen and adult classes. Each program is tailored to fit the needs and abilities of that age group.

Do I need experience to join a class?

Not at all. Whether you’re brand new or returning after a break, our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you at your current level.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle are all you need. If you’re joining a martial arts class, we’ll let you know when it’s time to grab a uniform.

What kind of training do you offer besides martial arts?

We also offer personal training and custom group fitness classes. These sessions may include strength training, high-intensity circuits, or goal-specific programs built just for you.

Can I try a class before signing up?

Yes! We offer free trial classes so you can experience the training, meet the team, and decide if it’s the right fit.
